Does Anybody Do Their Job Anymore?

So clearly I didn't write anything yesterday, I had to take my mom to the doc's and had various running around to do. So when I went to the doctor's appointment with my mom it occurred to me that nobody does their job any more lol. No disrespect to anyone in the medical field but Why I am filling out all the paper work? Is none of that on file? Why am I pushing her wheel chair? Is that no longer part of your job? What had she come alone? How did you expect her to get to the room? and Why is it that the patient is responsible for scheduling the other appointments (The one's outside (x-rays, labs, therapy)?
